Our repair capabilities include LCD, back lights and touch screen replacements, board and component level repairs, and full factory remanufacturing. Our highly trained engineers and technicians service analog and digital boards, power supplies, and touch systems. Printed circuit board repairs include extensive testing of all circuits and internal functions. To ensure component reliability and integrity, all boards are 100% system tested. Upgrade electronics, networking devices, PCs, KVMs and thin clients. Service and replacement of X and Z purge appliances.
Service level Industrial Monitor Repair
- Replace all faulty or non-operational components (excluding LCD, see below)
- Adjust video-color balance and all internal system controls back to the original manufacturer’s specification
- Evaluate and replace all “High-Failure-Rate” components
- Thoroughly clean entire monitor
- Complete 24-hour system testing
- 90 day warranty on workmanship
Factory Monitor Refurbishment Program
- Replace faulty, dim and/or screen-burnt or LCD with a brand new LCD
- Replace all faulty or non-operational components
- Replace/upgrade all “High-Failure-Rate” components
- Replace/upgrade touch screen system or faulty components
- Replace faulty or weak electrolytic capacitors and other ICs as needed
- Thoroughly clean entire monitor
- Complete 24-hour system testing
- 90 day warranty on workmanship
Provide new stainless steel, or aluminum powder coat painted enclosures.
Custom Cable Assembly and Wire Harness
Creating custom solutions is what Swift Protech does best. 100% of all the wire/cable products we assemble are designed and assembled by our in-house design engineers and technicians. We put the same care and professionalism we use in the manufacturing of our own OITs into every cable/wire project we do for others. We also offer repair and testing of many types of electronic boards.
